BACK 2 BASICS

 Outfit details:
Jumpsuit - Primark (instore only unfortunately but similar here and here), Shoes - Zara (two seasons ago, similar here) , Y drop necklace - asos (similar here)

Fashion has gone all the way back to the 1940s with SS15's popular Utility Chic look.
I have seen so many beautiful utility pieces floating in the fashionsphere but this Primark number grabbed and locked my attention.  This jumpsuit is the epitome of laid back chic. I adore the large pockets, the middle tie detail and the of course, the khakiness.

I know I rave on about this a lot but it is crucial that my wardrobe this year is suitable for both work and play. I have reached that sad sad age whereby a work outfit must be easily transformed into an after work drinks outfit before it gets a second look.  Don't get me wrong, I do buy the odd holiday or specific nights out items but most of my clothes have been purchased with the  'could I wear this to work and on a night out?' question in mind. And if the answer is yes, the outfit is a clear winner.  So the long and short is, this jumpsuit is perfect for my life right now.

Keep up with me:

  4. I love this jumpsuit! The colour is amazing... I've been scared to try this colour out as I'm afraid that it wouldn't compliment my skin tone, but after seeing this, I might just try it! Xx
